Whenever someone we love dies it stirs powerful emotions and
sometimes triggers disturbing behaviors. The people of the United
States have experienced national grief as a result of the terrorist
attacks of 9/11. Using creative psychodramatic techniques, participants
will learn about predictable grief reactions and discover new
skills to cope with the pain of loss.
When is the last time you were on a date? For many men and women who are adjusting to a divorce or recovering from the loss of a spouse, the answer might be 5, 10 or more years. This interactive and entertaining program will coach singles who want to re-enter the dating world. They will learn about the possibilities and expectations in the current dating climate. Psychodramatic role play will help the experience come alive for the class. Be prepared to laugh. Bring a friend, make a friend!
